Frequently asked questions
What is sentiment analysis?
Sentiment analysis is a natural language processing technique that involves determining the sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) expressed in a piece of text. It uses various methods like machine learning and rule-based approaches to analyze the sentiment, often to gauge public opinion or to understand customer feedback. Previously, sentiment analysis was limited to text, but now, due to advancements in LLMs and NLP, we can analyze audio as well.
How early are you?
We are real early. We are still building out our pipeline in order to organize and support billions of hours of audio context. This is no small task. However,we are ready to begin serving a few select pilots if our usecases align.
How does support work?
Ideally with our pilot users we will establish an intimate working relationship with our pilot users, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and experiences to deliver optimal solutions.
What should we do with our insights?
We think the best thing to do with insights is to act on them. We are building out a suite of tools to help you do just that. As soon as you recieve a report with negative sentiment, you can often successfully reach out to the podcaster and start a relationship.
What does pricing look like?
Long story short, we do not know yet. We are focused on building out a tool that is valuable to our users. We are not yet focused on monetization. We are looking for a few select pilots to help us understand the value of our tool.
What intervals does the reporting come in?
While we are extremely flexible with intervals, we do not yet have the capability of realtime reporting, so a report once per day would be our target.
